The Southern Heritage Classic was Truly Awesome!
This was a great game for the 21st year of a spectacular event. Both bands were amazing and were really prepared for the battle before, during, and after the game! The highlight of the game other than the game itself...THE BANDS! Just when you thought JSU had it locked down, TSU rallied back. Tiger Lane was wonderful and added even more fun for children of all ages! It is true, people come in from all over the country to participate in the weekend's activities. Then, when JSU had a comfortable lead, TSU came back and at the end could have very well tied up the game and send it into overtime! This year's game was a nail biter! Each school should be proud of it's administration, students, alumni, and friends! This year's event did not disappoint!
